Prof Tong is the Professor of the Faculty of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) of the Guangzhou Medical University. She is the in-charge Physician of Department of Acupuncture at the First Affiliated Hospital of the Guangzhou Medical University. Prof Tong completed her Bachelor Degree in Acupuncture at Department of Acupuncture and Massage of the Guangzhou TCM University in 1996 and was awarded Master of Acupuncture and Doctor of Philosophy at the Guangzhou TCM University in 1997 and 2006 respectively. She was awarded the Master of Science in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2015. 

Her clinical and research interests include the application of acupuncture in arthritis rehabilitation for osteoarthritis, rheumatology, and sports-related injury. She applied East meets West approach in her clinical practice and had rich experience in applying acupuncture in the rehabilitation. 

Dr. Ying He,secretary of Professional Committee of Weight Loss and Endocrine Diseases,got master's degree from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine ,now working in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University ,specializing in treating diseases with acupuncture,moxibustion and herbal medicine. She is experienced in treating diseases like irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea,premenstrual syndrome, postpartum back pain, obesity and other female diseases. She is also good at treating constipation, allergic rhinitis, facial paralysis, stroke sequelae.
