Point location

LI 20 (Yingxiang) is in the nasolabial groove, 0.5 Cun lateral to the midpoint of the posterior border of nasal wing.

EX-HN 8(Bitong), located on both sides of nostril, is on the nasolabial sulcus

Methods

Put the forefingers on EX-HN 8(Bitong) and LI 20 (Yingxiang) with the radial side, which is close to the thumb, with the other four fingers together. Quickly rub the points up and down for 2-3 minutes.
