An old woman presented in our clinic for suffering from pain in the lower back and knees and difficulty in walking with a disease duration of more than ten years. She could barely walk unless with the aid of walking stick or her family. After twenty minutes of manual manipulation, she was able to get out of the bed and walk on her own. In the three-month follow-up, she was able to go up and down stairs and live on her own without the aid of walking stick or her family.
